The health and safety of everyone living or working in one of our properties is the most important thing for MEDA.
We want to make sure that you — our residents and commercial tenants — remain healthy. That means both your physical and economic health.
- PHYSICAL HEALTH. For the health and safety of yourself, your family, your roommates and your fellow tenants in the building, we recommend that you follow San Francisco Department of Public Health guidelines.

- BUILDING EMERGENCIES. Please be advised that maintenance of the properties by 2B Living will continue on an as-needed basis, and we understand how important housing is during this time. We ask that you try to limit maintenance requests to essential items that cannot wait until April 7 to be attended to. Also, please be mindful of the potential risks to both you and maintenance personnel. That said, we understand that many more people are working from home, cooking from home and caring for families at home, so if there are issues with plumbing, electrical, appliances, heating, etc., please continue to report those through your portal to your property manager.
