Equitable Recovery Institute

MEDA has been serving the low-income Latino immigrant community in San Francisco for nearly 50 years. We’re now taking our lessons learned, best practices, and expertise and bringing them to organizations across the country to build increased capacity and strengthen communities.

Through MEDA’s Equitable Recovery Institute (ERI), we empower and advance a national network of organizations in creating equitable communities through cohort-based learning, convenings and learning communities, in addition to tailored 1:1 technical assistance.

As practitioners first, we bring unique expertise to the table to support our organizational partners in building capacity, implementing new programs, and enacting lasting, meaningful change in their communities.

In 2024, we have hosted 43 partner organizations, learn about our tours
