Bilingual Bank Tellers

Are you a Young Adult looking for a career?

MEDA’s FREE Bilingual Bank Teller program is your answer to a good job at a bank!

In this FREE six-week training program, 18- to 34-year-old participants learn needed customer service skills, plus the skills required for a teller position.

Financial education, job readiness and life skills are also offered.

Graduates of the program receive ongoing placement and retention services. Graduates who achieve employment can leverage their bank teller position as a gateway to other positions with a bank.

BoxYou will also receive a $500 stipend if you successfully complete the course.

Welcome Orientation and Financial Capability Workshop

NOTE: Every client will be required to attend a Welcome Orientation and Financial Capability Workshop before they can start working with a coach. (The exception is our First-Time Hombuyers workshop clients, which is part of Housing Opportunities.)

  • English: Every Wednesday, 5:45pm-8pm in Room 211
  • Spanish: Every Wednesday, 5:45pm-8pm in Room 301E
