Mission Promise Neighborhood Deputy Director Raquel Donoso The Mission Promise Neighborhood MPN is an initiative to ensure that every student graduates college ready to succeed and families are connected to systems of support. MEDA is the lead agency for this collaborative that brings together schools colleges community-based organizations city agencies businesses and community residents to create a cradle-to-career path for Mission children and youth. The Mission Promise Neighborhood targets students at Cesar Chavez Elementary School Bryant Elementary School Everett Middle School and John OConnell High School.
